Meeting with Mary Ann

We are moving into a new phase. From using this forum to communicate and to get to know each other, into a phase where concete plans are made.

We discussed the ground breaking event. The final date has not been set but there are a few dates mentioned. Each party will go back and find out which are the dates that will allow the most people to participate.

During the discussion, we all start talking about our memory of "ground breaking" event that JW participated.

We would like to do something to remind all us of him during the upcoming ground breaking event. Vicky immediately think about the doves. Bev think about the use of recording of JW for the event.

When Barbara said this is for real now, the construction crew is going to be there and the big construction trucks would be there. I said to myself, I would definitely be there. I hope all of the donors and the volunteer would come too. We all work together to reach this day.

Anne Marie will be the point person from the JW House working with Kaiser to bring this event to all of us.

We discussed briefly on operation. We will start to writing operation plan for future discussiion.

It was decided that we will not going to have any future set meeting with Mary Ann. We will meet only on as needed basis.
